Plain version: The Coil Report is a financial newsletter. It is not an investment adviser and it does not tell you what to buy. You may use it for your own trading; you may not republish it. Cancel any time.

These terms are an agreement between you and The Coil Report (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to or reading the publication you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not subscribe.

What The Coil Report is

We are not a broker-dealer, not a registered investment adviser, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your subscription. Price levels we publish — watch-above, exit-below, targets, trailing distances — are reference points for your own research. Setups our scanner identifies fail regularly; that is a normal and expected part of pattern-based research. Consult a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you read here.

We are not affiliated with Mark Minervini, William J. O’Neil, or Investor’s Business Daily.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. The publication is written for a United States audience; if you subscribe from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your own jurisdiction’s laws.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Free and paid tiers are delivered by email through beehiiv, our newsletter platform. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at your existing rate until you cancel. Cancellation, renewals, price changes and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What you may and may not do with the letter

Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the letter for your own trading and research. You may quote briefly with attribution.

You may not:

• republish, resell, syndicate or post an issue in whole or in substantial part, publicly or in a private group, paid or unpaid;
• share your subscriber access, or forward paid issues systematically to people who have not subscribed;
• scrape, harvest or redistribute the levels, grades or charts as a data feed, or use them to build a competing product;
• use automated means to access the publication or its website beyond ordinary reading.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of this section. Where a breach is inadvertent we will normally contact you first.

Intellectual property

The issues, the website, the scanner methodology as described, the charts and the name “The Coil Report” are ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Availability

We aim to publish every trading session, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Market data outages, platform failures and scheduled maintenance happen. A missed issue is not a breach of these terms and does not by itself entitle you to a refund; if delivery problems are persistent, contact us and we will make it right.

We may change the format, tiers, features or price of the publication. Price changes affecting existing subscribers are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No warranty

The publication is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any information is complete or error-free, or that any level, grade or pattern will produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the publication. Our total liability for any claim relating to the publication is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Your trading decisions are your own and you are solely responsible for them. Trading carries substantial risk, including total loss of principal.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the publication.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before it takes effect. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to subscribe after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate a subscription for a material breach of these terms, or discontinue the publication entirely; if we discontinue it, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
